Bridge activities – developing personal skills and confidence
Bridge participants on programme are offered a range of new activities and events to support them in confidence building and wellbeing prior to seeking work or training.

Volunteering results supporting employment
Many Bridge participants volunteer as part of their programme. Volunteering is highly beneficial in developing and building confidence, self-esteem and transferrable skills that enable the individual to add experience to their CV and then go on to find employment.

NCVA has been selected to cover Northumberland, as one of the fourteen VCSE organisations working across the North East and Cumbria.
