Search for volunteering opportunities
NCVA uses the volunteer matching system developed and run by Simply Connect to match potential volunteers to volunteering opportunities.
How it works
- Simply Connect lets you choose the kind of volunteering you would like to do from a series of pick lists and check boxes.
- You can then specify the places you would like to volunteer and how far you are prepared to travel.
- It then searches its database to make a list of volunteering opportunities.
Simple.
But what if there are no opportunities?
It would be wrong of us to pretend that there are always volunteering opportunities that will match all the criteria set of a search on Simply Connect. Also, Northumberland is a big place with sparce population. Sometimes the database won’t have anything to list – but you still want to volunteer, right!
