Bailiffgate Museum & Gallery(Bailiffgate) in Alnwick, Northumberland is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and highly organised Administrative Assistant to support the delivery of our exciting new project which has been successfully funded by the Community Fund.
This is a initially a 12 month project with potential to be up to 5 year programme if successful. The role will support the Project Manager with the project which will focus on working with partners and the community, creating an innovative and creative programme to attract, develop and upskill potential volunteers, work placements and employment opportunities to the museum and local businesses. It is an opportune time to join Bailiffgate at a time of significant growth for us. The successful person will be self-motivated, highly organised, personable person with excellent IT and social media skills. Great attention to detail, a willingness to learn and the ability to be flexible and adaptable.
Salary
£12.50 per hour
Hours and terms
4 days per week. Initially 12 months with a 6-month probationary period, with the potential to be a 5-year project

Hybrid working, home based and in Alnwick Northumberland
