Job summary
Working closely with our CEO, the Finance and Facilities Officer at Northumberland CVA will be responsible for the seamless daily financial management and operational efficiency of our organisation. This role involves managing SAGE 50 payroll, handling payroll for external organisations, and ensuring compliance with Inland Revenue requirements. Additionally, you will oversee all financial processes including payments, invoicing, and bank reconciliations, while maintaining comprehensive financial records. You will also ensure the smooth, safe, and clean operation of our office, acting as the primary point of contact for office relationships and managing office supplies and resources. This role supports both the financial integrity and the physical functioning of the organisation, playing a key part in our mission to empower and support the community.
Salary
Salary: £31,000.00 per annum, pro rata.
Hours and terms
Hours: Flexible hours up to a maximum of 30 hours per week
Contract: Permanent on successful completion of 6 months probationary period
