We require a Commercial Manager to drive our income generation strategy and deliver tangible results. You must be an entrepreneurial self-starter, able to spot business opportunities and develop these into robust, realistic business cases to increase revenue streams and offer excellent return on investment.
We welcome candidates to apply from a wide range of backgrounds, whose commercial acumen can blend with the values and ethos of RCTN. Ideally, with knowledge and understanding of the charity sector, the successful candidate will increase earned income to support the funding of services and diversify income streams that support our financial model and longer-term sustainability.
You will have excellent interpersonal and influencing skills able to build strategic partnerships to generate income. You will be adept at undertaking analysis of market opportunities and trends and financial modelling based on the potential market share. Experience of accessing routes to market to drive sales and profitability is key.
We require someone who can work collaboratively with RCTN staff to understand the business opportunities we can offer. The successful candidate must adhere to Rape Crisis National Service Standards. The post requires the successful candidate to work flexibly, with a mixture of home-working and working from our central service delivery base in Newcastle.
