BRIC Blyth is a small charitable organisation that has been providing employment support and education to our local community for over 30 years. We have built a reputation within the locality as an organisation that delivers what it promises. The services and activities BRIC provides are in direct response to the needs of our centre users and the local community, and through partnership work with other local organisations, we are able to provide a wide range of services.
The board of directors of the company are also trustees of the charity. To help us grow we need experienced members of the public to join our Board. During this challenging time we are looking for people to join the Board to help us develop and move forward. We would welcome applicants with a wide range of skills and from a variety of backgrounds. Knowledge of education, funding and employability would be a great asset.
Board meetings are held monthly at the Blyth Community Enterprise Centre, Ridley Street, Blyth, NE24 3AG.
The Board is responsible for setting the strategy and policies of BRIC and guides and supports the Centre Manager and her staff.
Closing date: 28th February 2020.
